“In Stock” Status

The "In Stock" label indicates that the item is immediately available in our warehouse. These products are shipped under the following conditions:

A Orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days are handed over to the courier on the same day, with delivery typically taking 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

A For bank transfer payments, shipping begins once the payment is received and processed, with delivery also taking 1-3 business days.

“Pre-Order” Status

Our new collections are made visible with a "Pre-Order" status before they arrive. This allows you to reserve your favorite items in advance.

Expected Delivery Time: Pre-ordered items are typically shipped within 14-21 business days
A notification will be sent with the exact arrival date.

“Restocking” Status

The "Restocking" status indicates that the product is not currently available in our warehouse but is in stock at our pearl farm's inventory. These items are shipped under the following conditions:

Guaranteed Availability: Products with this status are guaranteed to arrive at our warehouse.
Expected Delivery Time: Once the items are received and processed, shipping usually takes 10-14 business days.

Important Notes

Products marked as “Out of Stock” are automatically removed from our webshop, ensuring that only available items are visible.
All prices displayed in the webshop include the applicable 27% VAT
