Warranty
According to Section 2 of Government Decree 151/2003, which contains the mandatory warranty rules for products distributed by the Service Provider,
- one year for a sales price of HUF 10,000 but not exceeding HUF 100,000,
- two years for a sales price of HUF 100,000 but not exceeding HUF 250,000,
- three years for a sales price of HUF 250,000.
- For purchases under HUF 10,000, our webshop provides the consumer with a separate 3 months
from the date of purchase of the jewelry, which is the same as the date of delivery on the invoice. The buyer is entitled to the warranty if the defect occurred after the product was handed over to the consumer.
For products not subject to the specified regulation, the warranty period provided by the manufacturer is indicated next to the product in the webshop. If problems arise in this regard, the operator can provide accurate information.
In the case of a warranty, the consumer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the defective product within the warranty period. Warranty repairs cover defects resulting from manufacturing defects. The warranty conditions are valid in conjunction with compliance with the conditions in the product's user manual.
In general, the warranty cannot be enforced in the event, e.g. if the so-called pearl setting pin at the connection of the jewelry to the pearl is damaged or has broken into the pearl, since it can most likely be concluded from this that the pearl was subjected to some external mechanical impact (hitting a harder object). If the pearl setting pin is undamaged, it is clearly entitled to warranty repair or replacement.
In the event of a defect, you can receive more information about what to do at the e-mail address and telephone number indicated on the stamp on the invoice for the product or at one of the contact details in our web store.
The cost of sending the products to the warranty service point is borne by the buyer. The defective product must be returned directly to the address of our web store. We are unable to accept packages sent by post, they will always be returned to the sender!
During the repair, only new parts may be installed in the product. The Service Provider must strive to complete the repair or replacement within 15 days. If the duration of the repair or replacement exceeds 15 days, the business is obliged to inform the consumer about the expected duration of the repair or replacement. The costs of the activities carried out under the warranty are borne by the Service Provider.Otherwise, the warranty is governed by the provisions of Section 6.171-173 of the Civil Code.
The products covered by the mandatory warranty are listed in the annex to Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.).
Steps for Validating the Warranty
1. Contact Us
Write to us at garancia@lustrabella.hu with the following information:
Name and/or email address provided at the time of purchase.
The order number or invoice number, and the article number of the product(s) to be returned (can be found in the order confirmation email or on the product data sheet). In the case of multiple products, please indicate each article number separately.
A detailed description of the case, and a photo of the product clearly showing the defect (accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, etc.).
Important:
We only accept warranty claims via email, we are unable to process requests via social media messages.
Please do not return the product until our customer service has provided feedback!
Our customer service will process the received request and will inform you of the further steps in a reply email.
2. Return the Product
During the warranty claim, the entire contents of the package must be returned, i.e.:
The defective product you purchased,
The invoice/warranty certificate.

Please indicate the address, phone number and email address provided on the package accurately to ensure that it reaches us.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
3. Repair or Exchange Within 15 Business Days
Once the returned product arrives at our office:
In case of exchange for a new product: We will send you the replacement product within 1-3 business days.
In case of warranty repair: We will repair the product within 15 business days and then mail it to you.
